DISCOVERY & SAILING TRIP IN 
EASTERN EUROPE

Catherine wanted to spend quality family time while discovering Croatia. She wanted to build an itinerary around a sailing trip, a destination where they could sail and spend time discovering the culture and the local people, Croatia was the perfect fit. There is such a rich variety in Croatia and its neighboring countries, so Catherine and her family were able to plan experiences that were on everyone’s “wish list.” They also wanted to go on a road trip as they were keen to have their dog along with them. They loved it, the people were very polite and welcoming; but not necessarily warm. Sailing around the beautiful Croatian island and swim in crystal clear water was definitely a highlight of the trip. Her family were docking every evening in a new and charming island. Afterwards they discovered one of the most amazing National Park in Croatia: Plitvice as well as cities like Dubrovnik, Zagreb and Ljubljana. In total, they drove trough 4 countries Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia and Bosnia. As a whole, it was a very rich cultural experience to discover those 4 countries that are still not as known as traditional “must-see” European destinations. Our budget for the whole trip was around $ 1290 per person for 16 nights (excluded food and activities).
